I am the go-to guy for recreational and land purchases in Utah!  I am an expert in water rights and help my clients navigate through the "Wild West of Water Rights" in the State.  I am a skilled craftsman and frequently offer my skills and expertise to my clients when they are buying and selling homes.  There is always an odd job that needs to be done correctly.  I step in and SAVE THE DAY!  I have been selling real estate since 2003.
